This is a unique opportunity for an individual to contribute to the success of a nonprofit making a real difference in the community.  The Creative Media Specialist will report directly to the Operations Director.  This position is not remote and requires the hired to be in the office in Brandon, Florida during regular business hours.

Graphic Design

- Create inspiring graphics for fundraising campaigns, events, and outreach

- Develop materials that communicate our mission and values

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design print and digital assets

Social Media Management

- Implement social media strategies to amplify our message

- Manage social media channels, fostering meaningful connections

- Monitor trends to identify engagement opportunities

Content Creation

- Produce engaging content for our website, blog, and social media

- Craft compelling stories and testimonials to inspire donors

- Collaborate with the fundraising team on campaigns and appeals

Community Engagement

- Engage with our online community, reflecting our Christian values

- Build relationships with donors, volunteers, and partners

- Participate in prayer and reflection with the team
