Terry-Lynne Goodman grew up in a missionary/pastors home in Canada. At a young age she accepted Jesus as her Savior and at the age of 16 years felt a call to full-time ministry and has been involved in ministry ever since.
Terry has been a missions pastor and involved in missions for almost 30 years. She has ministered through preaching and teaching in over 25 countries and has spoke and taught at conferences, seminars, Bible colleges, churches, and has also served on Boards of Directors, committees and counsels for various missional organizations.
In 2020, Terry was introduced to Favor International and our founder, Carole Ward. Through a series of divine directions, she knew God was leading her to relocate full-time to Africa. She came committed to help in any way she could. While Favor’s ministry across Africa was accelerating, Terry served in both Favor’s offices located in Gulu, Uganda and Juba, South Sudan. Terry is now in the role of Uganda Country Director!
She oversees 25 departments with approximately 350 indigenous missionaries. Over the past three years, the ministry in Uganda has seen exponential growth. Her goal is to see indigenous leaders trained and empowered with the Holy Spirit to take the Gospel to nations across northern Africa.
It is her joy and honor to serve with the precious people of Uganda and the ministry of Favor!
